GoodEats was birthed in 2023 after losing my father (2022) to poor health as I was regaining mine: losing weight, working in Fine Dining & learning proper Health & Nutrition. All of my plates are free from excessive Dyes, Preservative, Additives and Seed Oils. Instead they’re Organic, Locally Sourced & Tasty. I use only Avocado, Coconut or Olive oils in my kitchen and Ghee. Even my fires are natural: no lighter fluids present, natural lump briquettes, self chopped wood/natural firewood, vegetable scraps for flavor.

GoodEats is my Gift of Tasty & Healthy food to the community from My Heart. I couldn’t share this with my father so It’s my mission to help others eat better while I’m still here.
